Met up with Chee Yang today, what the hell I couldn’t believe my eyes, the light from the outside of Starbucks was shining on him so he looked like some Japanese/Korean-drama pretty boy, especially with the hair. I was in such disbelief I couldn’t stop repeating, “Oh my God, Chee Yang you look damn handsome now!” He appeared modest but I bet he was damn happy lah, hah. And he’s grown so tall now, I can still remember in secondary 1 when he used to be shorter and thinner than me. It’s feels really weird to see your friends grow up!
Anyway after studying/catching up, we watched The Ugly Truth, which I guess followed the typical story-line of a romantic comedy (ie. Part 1: Woman/man happily going about her/his own business. Part 2: Man/woman comes into the picture, conflict, climax. Part 3: They end up together) but some of the sexual innuendos were pretty funny. I got bored when they started salsa-dancing though (ie. Part 2.5: The two of them realize they liked each other despite their conflicts) The part about how women always have a checklist with 10 things on it when it comes to finding a man did remind me of a certain someone… Though I highly doubt that the ending of this particular romantic comedy actually happens to people who have such insanely unrealistic checklists.
Hmm, approximately 5 weeks left to A levels. Crap.
