The Ren and Stimpy Show
I remember a really creepy cartoon that was on Nickelodeon when we were young but I’d forgotten the title of the show for quite a while… Until just now when I came across it on a wiki page, ah ha!
Yuck, as disgusting as ever. It was just this freaky show of 2 animals and I couldn’t figure out what stupid species they were (Chihuahua & Cat, found out on the wiki page) and the both of them really seemed 2 little psychotic unsterilized animals saying stupid things. It had the really gross sort of animation, like the eyes bulging out and all the veins can be seen, etc. It had this annoying catch-phrase too, “I’ll teach your grandmother to suck eggs!” Huh?! Plus, they always aired it at like 12am or 1am when it’s even creepier to watch. Totally hated it, it still gives me the goosebumps… Then I realized that’s why I hate spongebob too, because it has that horrible eyes-bulging-with-veins-showing thing going on, argh it gives me nightmares. Ugh creepy childhood cartoons are the worst!
Anyway, we now have partial freedom from exams! I think the stress was really getting to me, the night before math, I dreamt that I was studying integration formulas, and the night before lit, I dreamt that I was reading some lit notes but the entire page was blurred and the word “metaphor” popped out. Then suddenly it was time to take the lit paper, but we had to travel down a long, unstable, China-looking bridge past a forest and a McDonalds that was in the middle of the forest, and the exam was held in a… toilet. So I was doing the exam in a toilet cubicle (which had a table and chair instead of a toilet bowl) and flipped open the paper and saw a whole lot of scribbles in Zhiwei’s handwriting, but the scribbles were like “abcdefgh…” Then suddenly I was floating above an area which looked like Europe and I woke up.
Heh. No more exam-related dreams please…
